Westbourne Cares Indigenous Corporation
WCIC was established in 2022 as an independent, public benevolent institution. The WC charity has been built on a proud history of supporting the community; in particular Aboriginal and/or Torres Islander people. It’s charter is to support disadvantaged and marginalised youth and their families through the delivery of capacity building programs addressing education, training, languages, health and employment needs.

What is the Work Development Order (WDO) Program?
The WDO Scheme, an initiative by the NSW government, offers a solution for vulnerable individuals to address their unpaid fines (penalty notices and court fines) through alternative activities instead of monetary payments.
WDOs are overseen by designated organisations or health professionals known as WDO sponsors, who are authorised by the NSW government for this purpose. Revenue NSW, Legal Aid NSW, and the Department of Justice administer the WDO scheme, and participation is entirely voluntary.

Our Success Stories
Ethan Indigenous Laptop for youth Project Manager: David Fernando, provided an additional 250+ Laptops to Beaudie from Westbourne College and his team are using them to train more Indigenous Students including in regional areas.
I believe Beaudie, might even be giving some to his students so they can do further education. I believe this partnership reflects everything that is good about theSupply nation certified Indigenous business community
All Laptops were Certifiably Erased and re imaged with Windows by our super star Indigenous Technology, Cadet Caleb Harte (featured in photo) before being handed over to Westborne for use in their Training Business.
Ethan Indigenous exists to create a brighter future for Indigenous youth, This partnership truly brings that vision to reality.
